.Answering official letters related to legal affairs ✔
Participating in all investigative committees formed in the college or by the ✔
University Presidency / Legal Affairs Department and preparing their
minutes and submitting them to the University Presidency and the Ministry (in cases that

Participate in the student discipline committee formed in the college according to ✔
the student discipline instructions in higher education and scientific research institutions
No. (160) in (2007) for the purpose of discussing student issues and supervising
the application of student discipline instructions as the Legal Division represents
the competent authority in applying laws and instructions within the college and
then presenting them to the College Council for the purpose of approving the imposition of
.punishment and then displaying the special decisions on the college's bulletin board
Approving the contracts concluded by the college, pledges, faculty loans and ✔
.staff advances, and opening a special register for that
Reviewing all police stations and competent courts in cases filed by the college ✔
against others (such as forgery cases committed by students or employees)
as well as cases filed by others against the college, which entails the need
for the presence of the legal representative for the purpose of recording his statements and
