تعمل الهيئة التدريسية والعمادة لتقديم كل عناصر التقدم في مجال تعليم التمريض لتحافظ على المواكبة بالتقدم العلمي  والتقني في التمريض بالإضافة الى تشجيع الطلبة للوصول الى مستوى متقدم لكي يتحملوا مسؤولياتهم في البحث العلمي والدراسة في مختلف التخصصات التمريضية .

تهيئة كادر تمريضي متعلم على فنون ومهارات التمريض لتقديم خدمات تمريضية متكاملة للوقاية والعلاج واعادة التأهيل يتناسب مع ازدياد حاجة المجتمع للرعاية الطبية  وهذا يحصل من خلال برامج علمية وتقنية واضحه ومتميزة لتحسين صحة الفرد والعائلة والمجتمع .

  تعليم الطلبة العمل بروح الفريق للإنجاز عمل طبي متكامل .

  توجيه الطلبة للقيام ببحوث  علمية تطبيقية لها علاقة لتقديم الرعاية التمريضية .

  حث الطلبة للقيام ببحوث طبية سريرية لها العلاقة بالرعاية التمريضية .

2. سيتم إجراء التقييم المنهجي من قبل فريق متخصص لجميع جوانب البرنامج وقاموا بوضع خطة تقييمية لتقييم جميع الكفاءات النهائية وبناء تعريف عملي للنتائج ومستوى الإنجازات وتحديد الإطار الزمني للتقييم وتطوير التقييم الأدوات وجمع البيانات وتحليلها واستخدام النتائج في اتخاذ القرار. لتحسين البرنامج.

3. يجب أن يعكس مستوى الإنجاز الممنوح، من 0 إلى 100%، المهارات والمعرفة والقيم ذات الصلة بمرحلة برنامج الدورة وسيقوم الطلاب بإثبات ذلك في مجال الممارسة ومن خلال الأدلة التي تم جمعها في المحفظة الإلكترونية للطلاب.
