Spreading the preventive culture to all members of the college (faculty, staff and ✔

Supervising the implementation of the public safety program prepared by the Ministry ✔
.of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Thi-Qar Civil Defense Directorate
Organizing the schedule of civil defense sentries in the college and following up on ✔
.the presence of the sentries
Training the members of the college on civil defense and public safety by involving them ✔
in courses at the Thi-Qar Civil Defense Directorate or the central courses inside the
.university
Follow up the statements issued by the Dhi Qar Civil Defense Directorate related to ✔
.the college building and work to eliminate the negatives proven in them
Follow up the introduction of public safety requirements in the plans of new buildings ✔
.and supervise with the department of maintenance committees
Follow up the periodic inspection of fire extinguishing systems and fire extinguishers ✔
.and repair the malfunctioning ones
Follow up the extent to which the correct storage conditions are provided in the ✔
.university warehouses
Follow up the provision of public safety conditions in scientific laboratories and ✔
provide public safety equipment (fire extinguishers, masks, goggles, protective masks,
