| Citizens Affairs Unit

The priorities of the Citizens Affairs Unit revolve around two axes: the first is citizen complaints, as it is concerned with caring for the interests of the honorable Iraqi citizen, and is keen to invest in scientific and technical mechanisms to establish work that creates a spirit of trust and enhances the close form of relationship between the citizen and the government institution, within a framework of objectivity, transparency, and mutual respect, and providing the best means of government institution while believing in the necessity of receiving the requests, complaints and suggestions of the honorable citizen to find appropriate solutions to their complaints and requests.

The Citizens Affairs Unit represents the Dean of the College in attaching and communicating with the Citizens
Providing the best services to all citizens.
Constant and direct communication with the relevant authorities regarding requests.
Unit duties🔽
Receiving the interview form from citizens from the Citizens Affairs Unit.
Receiving citizen complaints directly through requests submitted to the Citizens Affairs Unit.
Organizing interviews with citizens and directly supervising the organization of interviews with the Dean .
Follow up on requests and complaints from citizens and speed up their completion, according to their specificity and content.
Communicating with the citizen about the action taken regarding his-her request or complaint by phone or review.
Addressing scientific and administrative departments and centers regarding the citizen’s request or expressing an opinion regarding it.
