| Media & Public Relations Unit
The Media and Public Relations Unit is directly linked administratively and organizationally to the Dean of the College.
The Media Unit focuses on the college’s goals, policies, various activities, and media outputs, highlighting its educational and academic identity in the required manner, strengthening and consolidating the deanship’s relationship with its members and the external community, consolidating positive concepts about it, and highlighting its achievements to enhance its position and strengthen its relations with various parties.

| Duties of the Unit
Introducing the college’s role and mission and providing the university with activities.
Issuing an introductory folder about the goals and branches of the college.
Communicate with the media to spread the college’s message, cover college events and occasions, and provide them with news and activities.
Supervising and following up on everything related to media work within the college, such as (issuing cultural and scientific bulletins, whether for affiliates or students).
Monitoring what is published in various media regarding the college and its activities, preserving and indexing them, submitting them to the dean and the university, and publishing them on the college’s website.
Accompanying delegations that visit the college and introducing them to the college’s goals and activities.
Preparing and organizing celebrations and events held by the college.
Filming all the various events and activities in the college, including seminars, conferences, and various student activities, and working to publish them in the media.
Follow up on citizens’ complaints related to the college’s work published in various media outlets and responding to them after obtaining proper answers and informing the university .
Coordinating with the management of the Department of Media &Public Relations at the university and relevant authorities on issues of interest of the college.
Active participation in special central events at the university (university day/conferences/graduation ceremonies).
